After years of working in recruitment and HR field in different international companies in Sweden I realised that my biggest motivation lays in improving lives of individuals. That’s possible to do from within the corporation but it’s much easier if you are an independent advisor and don’t have to work around sometimes conflicting interests of a company and an employee.

I have mostly been working in tech companies and that’s where my hands on market knowledge lays but I am agnostic of the industry and fully focused on your unique story – exploring what is that you might want and how it can that turn into a reality within or not the industry that you are in.
I am originally from Serbia and have been ‘self-made’ professional in Sweden since ten years ago. With other words, all the opportunities I have created myself from the scratch. I believe that I can pass on and teach others in resourcefulness and creative thinking that is necessary in pursuing

opportunities on the foreign job market. I have been sometimes struggling myself in getting and changing jobs and I think knowing the struggles and being compassionate with foreign professionals who try to re-build their careers in Sweden is what distinguish me from other, local job coaches.
